Method
Choose good ripe tomatoes, and cut them up, and boil without water. Keep down and cool them and squeeze them and strain them. Spread it on a coarse cloth, the pulp and juice,
Grind the masala with vinegar, and mix it with the pulp and the sugar, and boil the same till the material turns thick. Cook on slow fire for a long time, till the pulp turns out like a sauce. When cooled, bottle it and use it as you need.
