Method
Apply turmeric to prawns and potato strips.. Fry in three to four tablespoons of cooking oil. Remove. Fry finely chopped tomatoes. Remove.
Make a paste of pepper, chilly, jeera and ginger garlic. Brown onions, add fry the masala paste.. Fry.
Now add the fired prawns and potatoes and tomatoes with the fried onions and masala paste. Add cloves, vinegar, and salt to tste. Simmer. After 5 minutes, add brandy. Remove from heat.
