Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
200 Grams Brinjals - black shiny -(Baingan) Clean, cut and wash
200 Grams Green Peas (Matar) Clean, cut and wash
400 Grams Potatoes Clean, cut and wash
200 Grams Tomatoes Clean, cut and wash
6 Medium Chillies Green Mince
3 Medium Onions Mince
1 units Ginger (Adhrak) Mince
0 Few Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) Mince
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder Mix
0.5 Teaspoon Salt Mix
1 Teacup Bread Crumbs or soji or flour
4 Tablespoon Cooking Oil Fry

Method

Clean, cut and wash the brinjals, peas and potatoes and boil and mash well.   Mince onions, chillies, ginger and tomatoes.   Mix all together with pepper powder and salt.   Form into cutlets, dip in bread crumbs r.   Warm the ghee or cooking oil in a frying pan, and fry the cutlets on both sides.
