Method
Shell the green peas and boil in some water. In a separate vessel, put the ghee and fry one sliced onion. Add sliced green chilles and minced ginger. When the color changes, add the boiled green peas with the water and cook, and simmer for a while. Add the scraped coconut and simmer a little more. Add salt to taste.
