Method
Beat the eggs and gradujally add milk and keep beating. Add the flour a little at a time, and keep beating, so that no lumps are left. When the batter is ready, add salt. You may add a little water if the consistency is too thick. Start frying after half an hour of keeping it aside.
Flat fry on normal heat.
