Method
Mix the Rava and Curds, and salt to taste. Add one teaspoon cooking oil and add minced green chillies and garlic, and leave it to soak for 15 minutes. Grease the steaming vessel, and just before pouring the batter, add the soda bi-carb with a little warm water and steam in a pressure cooker, for 15 minutes.
