Method
Cut the broiler chicken in pieces. Wash them, and dry the pieces with a kitchen towel.
Prepare the slices of onions, chillies and ginger. Cut tomatoes in cubes. Chop mint leaves.
Place a deep frying pan on fire with cooking oil sufficient to fry the the chicken. If there is fat in the chicken it will melt, so you will need less oil.
In another vessel heat oil to fry the sliced onions, other mince masala and when it has browned add the tomatoes, and the contents of the other pan with the chicken pieces and fry. When you feel they are sufficiently fried, put some hot water in the vessel, not to rise above the chicken pieces, and cook, till the chicken pieces are well done.
Serve the dish dry with sauce or gravy.
