Method
1.Knead the wheat flour for dough
For the stuffing
1. Mix the gram flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, asafetida, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves.
2.Take a lump of dough ,Roll, spread oil on the chapati and sprinkle some filling over it.
3. Tightly close from all the sides , Press and reroll to full size.
4.Now cook on a tava (Griddle) with Ghee (clarified butter) until light brown and serve hot.
