Prawn Masala 2

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1/4 Teacup Cooking Oil Heat
1 Medium Onion Fry sliced onion
2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste Fry
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red Fry
1 Teaspoon Salt Add
3 Large Tomatoes chopped. Fry
250 Grams Prawns shelled and deveined
2 Medium Chillies Green Add
1/2 Teaspoon Garam-Masala powder Add
A Few Mint Leaves (Pudina) chopped Add
A Few Methi Leaves chopped Add
2-3 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) chopped Add


1. Heat oil add onion, fry till slightly golden then add ginger and garlic paste, chilly powder, salt and chopped tomatoes then cook well till tomatoes are tender.

2. Add in prawn with half cup of water. Cover and cook till prawn tender.

3. Finally add in green chillies and the remaining ingredients, stir well and remove.

Tip: To know how long to cook fish, measure at the thickest point, then allow 10 minutes per inch. This applies to all methods of cooking, such as broiling, frying, grilling, poaching, and steaming.
