Chicken Chili Dry

Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
1 Kilogram Chicken Boneless  
182 Teaspoon Garlic Paste  
1 Medium Eggs  
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce  
1 Tablespoon Corn Flour  
1 Teaspoon Vinegar  
5-6 Medium Chillies Green Chopped
1 Teaspoon Ajinamoto  
182 Teacup Onions diced
182 Teacup Capsicums - Green diced
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder white
  As Required Salt To |aste
  As Required Cooking Oil For frying


1. Marinate the washed and cut chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic paste, soya sauce, egg and cornflour for 2 hours.

2. Now heat sufficient oil in a pan and fry green chillies, the marinated meat and stir fry and cook till done.

3. Add sliced onions and capsicum with soya sauce. Cook for a further one minute.

4. Add vinegar and taste, and make adjustments as needed.
