| 1 | Teaspoon | Chilly Powder, Red |
| 6 | Tablespoon | Cooking Oil |
| 2 | Tablespoon | Corn Flour |
| 1 | Nos | Eggs |
| 2 | Tablespoon | Flour, Wheat - (Atta) |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Garlic Paste |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Ginger Paste |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Onion Paste |
| As Required | Salt | to taste |
| 1/2 | Teaspoon | Soda bi-carbonate | Baking soda |
| 3 | Teaspoon | Vinegar |
| Method: |
| Marinate fillets with ginger, garlic, onion, salt and vinegar for 1 hour. Blend wheat flour, salt, corn flour egg, chilly powder and baking powder in a bowl of water. Dip the fillets in the mixture and deep fry in oil. Serve with chips and salad. |
