Method
Wash the mogen, and remove the stem. Cut it first into half, then remove the seeds, and pith. Make one inch cubes of the vegetable and wash.
Cook in a little water, just covering the vegetable, and when done, pour over it a seasoning of mustard, and garnish with scraped coconut, and a little salt to taste.
