Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
450 Grams Sugar, Table Mix sugar and water
2 Teacup Water  
4 Tablespoon Corn Flour Corn flour mixture
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice  
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence  
30 Grams Butter for making icing
2 Nos. Egg Whites  
4 Tablespoon Sugar, Icing for making icing
5 Grams Food Colour for the icing
15 Grams Crystal Sugar for making icing


First make sugar syrup. Place water with sugar in it, over the fire, and boil it and stir, till it becomes a sticky syrup. When you pour it with a spoon, it should flow like a sticky syrup. It takes time, for the water to evaporate, and the syrup to form. 

Mix corn flour in a little water and add the mixture to the syrup, and stir. Add lime juice to taste, and vanilla essence

Pour the syrup mixture in a plate buttered with butter paper, and when it turns cool, cut it into squares.

Icing: beat whites of 2 eggs, with 4 spoons of icing sugar, and beat the mixture, till it forms into a hard icing. Mix some food coloring to the icing. Either dip the corn flour syrup pieces in the icing, or apply to the pieces. You can now sprinkle some crystal sugar on top of the pieces.
