Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
2 Teacup Cooking Oil For frying the ingredients
Half Kilogram Beaten Rice (Poha) Fry in hot oil
Quarter Kilogram Dhal, Chana Fry in hot oil
400 Grams Pea Nuts (Ground Nuts) Fry in hot oil
400 Grams Macca flakes Fry in hot oil
Quarter Kilogram Coconut Copra Thinly sliced and fried
100 Grams Teel. (Sesame Seeds) Broil on a tawa
100 Grams Chilly Powder, Red Mix
50 Grams Salt Mix
100 Kilogram Sugar, Table Mix


In a deep frying pan on the fire in plenty of boiling cooking oil,
Fry required quantity of beaten rice, stirring frequently till brown and crisp.  Remove it on a strainer.  Throw away over burnt and black grains.   
Similarly in the same oil, fry gram dhal till brown, remove on a strainer.  
Then fry ground nuts and macca flakes and copra in the same way.   Broil on a tawa Teel seeds and keep aside.

Mix all the fried ingredients, together in chilly powder and powdered salt to taste
