Method
Cream the ghee well by whisking it in a hand blender. Add powdered sugar and mix again. Gradually, add in the flour. Knead it well until it forms a dough. Make small balls, little bigger than marbles and place them on a greased baking tray. Bake in a slow oven for a few minutes only. The under side should be slightly brown.
