Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Bunch Spinach (Valchi Baji) Cook in thin coconut milk
1 Teacup Coconut Milk - Thick Extract thick and think milk
  As Required Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil Add to boiling vegetable
1 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Mince the masala
3 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) Mince the masala
1 Large Onion Mince the masala
3 Nos. Tomatoes Chop and add
1 Teaspoon Vinegar or to taste

Method

Cook Valchi Baji with thin coconut milk and salt and add the minced masala of ginger, garlic onions and tomatoes. Add a little oil and cook.
When cooked add thick coconut milk You may add the vinegar to taste.
