Method
Boil or roast the chicken. Separate the meat from the bones. Either shred the meat or grind it to a paste with butter or cheese and pepper powder and salt to taste. Add vinegar or mayonnaise if you prefer.
Apply on bread slices with a spread of butter and make sandwiches.
