Method
Shell the prawns,devein and wash them. Boil in a little water with salt, garlic, chillies and ginger.Cool and grind in a mixer and make a fish paste. Add mayonnaise and garam masala. Taste it, If you need it slightly sour, add juice of lime or vinegar .
