Method
Place the scraped coconut in a vessel and add sugar to it with a glass of water. Allow to boil. When the mixture melts and forms a sticky mass, remove the same from fire. Add a tablespoon butter and stir well. Allow it to cool. When cool, add egg yolks slowly and stir. Add sojee, mixed with baking powder and also Caraway seeds. Keep overnight and next day form into balls. Take a tray and sprinkle a little flour and put the rolled balls on the tray and bake till done.
