Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
2 Large Onions Cut in thin strips rub salt and keep aside
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red Or 2 large green chillies chopped
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder Mix
1 Bunch Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) chopped - small quantity
1 Teacup Flour, Gram /Chana Ata Mix to form dough
  As Required Salt to taste
  As Required Cooking Oil for frying

Method

1. Cut the onions, make thin stripes.

2. Rub some salt to these pieces. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

3. As onions leave water, add chilies or chili powder, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, gram flour, and mix it gently. Remove the lumps.

4. Now heat some oil in a pan.

5. Make small balls of above mixture and deep fry bhajis till golden brown or crispy.

Serve with chutney or any sauce.
