Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
16 units Eggs Break eggs, and separate whites from the yolks.
4 units Egg Yolks  
625 Grams Sugar, Table
Knead sugar with yolks,
425 Grams Butter  
3 units Coconuts - fresh.  
430 Grams Rava/Soji/"Semolina"  
1 Ounce Rose Water  

Method

Break eggs, and separate whites from the yolks.

Knead sugar with yolks, add Soji, butter, ground coconut, and last the whites of eggs, beaten to a stiff froth and rose water. Keep stirring. Keep aside overnight.

Next morning, bake in thalees
