Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina" Roast
1 Teacup Coconut scraped (fresh) Roast
2 Tablespoon Ghee For roasting ingredients
1/4 Teacup Cashew Nuts Roast
1/4 Teacup Raisins Roast
1/2 Teacup Milk Warm
1 Pinch Cardamom Powder Add
1 Teacup Sugar, Table Add

Method

Roast the semolina in a pan until it turns slightly brown and keep aside. Repeat this with the garted coconut. Also roast the cashews and raisins in the ghee and set aside. In a seperate vessel add all the ingredients along with the warm milk and a pinch of cardamom powder and mix well. Once the dough is ready, make small balls and the sweet ladoo is ready to serve.
