Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
8 Medium Capsicums - Green (Simla Mirch) Wash and cut in halves.
2 Teaspoon Salt powdered to rub in
2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder to rub inside the capsicum
1 Teacup Flour, Gram /Chana Ata For dipping batter
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red For dipping batter
3 Medium Potatoes Boiled and mashed. For filling
200 Grams Green Peas (Matar) Boiled and mashed. For filling
1 Teaspoon Aam-Chur (sour mango powder) For the filling
1 Teacup Cooking Oil For frying te capsicums

Method:

Wash the capsicums and slit them lengthwise, and  scoop the seeds,from inside (to insert the filling,)  and rub salt and turmeric powder, and keep aside for half an hour.

Make a batter with gram flour and chilly powder with a little water, for dipping  the capsicums..   

Also boil the potatoes, peel the skins and mash them with 200 grammes of boiled green peas, 1 teaspoon of aam churn and a little salt.   Fill the potato-peas mash in the capsicum halves, and dip each in the gram flour batter and fry them in a deep frying pan.   Strain in a perforated ladle.
