Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
4 Nos. Chicken Legs Wash, and dab dry
2 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Grind the masala
15 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) Grind the masala
4 Medium Chillies Green Grind the masala
1/2 Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Grind the masala
1 Bunch Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) Grind the masala
1/2 Teacup Curds Mix the masala
1 Nos. Lime (fresh) (Limbu) Mix the masala
  As Required Salt Mix the masala

Method

Wash the chicken legs, and dab them dry with a kitchen towel and keep aside

GRIND:  Ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin, coriander leaves.

Mix the paste with curd, lime and salt..Apply to the chicken legs keep aside for 1 hr.  Shallow fry.
