Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
6 Nos Chicken Breasts Wash and keep dry
Half Teaspoon Salt Mix with Beaten egg
2 Whole Eggs Beat and mix
Half Teaspoon Pepper Powder Mix with Beaten egg
1 Teacup Bread Crumbs Mix with Beaten egg
3 Tablespoon Butter Saute the chicken
1 Teacup Wine, White Pour over meat.

Method

Dip the chicken into egg mixture and bread crumbs, then salt and pepper.  
Sauté the chicken in butter on both sides till brown.  
Then pour in the wine and cover.  
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is completely done.
Add additional wine and butter if it boils down to keep it from burning.  
Serve.
