1 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina" Fry  in ghee
1 Tablespoon Ghee Fpr frying
2 Teacup Milk Add milk to soji
1 Pinch Salt Add
1 Teacup Sugar, Table Add
2 Tablespoon Plums Add
2 Tablespoon Almonds (Badam) Add
1 Pinch Cardamom Powder Add
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence Add

Method

Fry soji in ghee till it is slightly brown.  Sir well while frying.   Add the milk, salt, sugar, plums and broken and blanched almonds, cardamom powder, and vanilla essence and mix thoroughly.    Pour in a buttered dish and bake or steam it.
