Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
200 Grams Biscuits Crush biscuits finely
125 Grams Butter Heat butter on a slow flame
3 Teaspoon Gelatin Blend with condensed milk
1 Tin Milk Cream (Malai) Nestle brand
1 Packet Jelly Prepare
4 units Lime (fresh) (Limbu) To blend with milk

Method

1. Crush biscuits finely.
2. Heat butter on a slow flame. Mix the powdered biscuit, and set in a Pyrex dish. Press all sides evenly.
3. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to one hour.


Preparation of Jelly.

1 Dissolve gelatin, and blend it together with the condensed milk, lime juice very well. Pour over biscuit layer, and refrigerate. This will set in about half an hour. 

Making jelly:

1. Make jelly, and pour over second layer, and refrigerate till it sets.

2. When cutting, make sure, that you cut till the biscuit layer, before serving.
