Tempting Fried Prawns

Ingredients     

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
3 Tablespoon Cooking Oil For frying prawns and potato strips
1/2 Kilogram Prawns medium sized, shelled and cleaned.
1 Large Potatoes cut in strips
a Little Turmeric Powder Apply to prawns and potato strips
1 Medium Tomatoes Finely chopped
2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder Make a paste
2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red Make a paste
1 Teaspoon Jeera Powder Make a paste
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste Make a paste
1 Medium Onion Fry finely choped
  Little Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Vinegar For taste
3 Nos. Cloves (Lavang) For fllavor
2 Tablespoon Brandy For taste

Method

Apply turmeric  to prawns and potato strips.. Fry in three to four tablespoons of cooking oil.     Remove.    Fry finely chopped tomatoes.   Remove.

Make a paste of pepper, chilly, jeera and ginger garlic.    Brown onions, add  fry the masala paste.. Fry.

Now add the fired prawns and potatoes and  tomatoes with the fried onions and masala paste.  Add cloves, vinegar, and salt to tste.  Simmer. After 5 minutes, add brandy. Remove from heat.
