Chillies Red Dry     

or two tablespoons of Red chilly powder   
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder  
1 Teaspoon Jeera Powder  
1 Tablespoon Vinegar or Tamarind pulp.

Method

Grind all in vinegar or tamarind water into a fine paste. Can be applied to vegetables and fish before frying.

Small quantities of ingredients are best ground in a mortar and pestle . In India they grind masala on a small flat stone with another stone roller, which is portable. The ingredients are ground by the rubbing action.
