Ingredients

Quantity Measu Ingredients Description
1 Tablespoon Dhal, Chana Broil, and powder
1 Tablespoon Teel. (Sesame Seeds) Broil, and powder
50 Grams Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Broil, and powder
200 Grams Coriander(Dhania) Broil, and powder
25 Grams Mustard Seed (Sarson) Broil, and powder
25 Grams Turmeric/Haldi Broil, and powder
100 Grams Chillies Red Bedki (short variety) Broil, and powder

 

Method

Broil each ingredient separately  on a skillet    
Powder them together.    
Can be used with Vegetable dry dishes, curries, etc.  
1 teaspoon for half kg vegetables or fish.   
For curries, add coconut juice.
