Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
Half Kilogram Pork Cut into 2 or 3 inch strips and fry
12 Medium Chillies Green Remove seeds and cut into strips and fry
1 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Mince and fry
6 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) Mince and fry
2 Nos. Onions Slice and fry
2 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup add to the pork
2 Tablespoon Chilly Sauce, Green add to the pork
2-3 Medium Capsicums - Green (Simla Mirch) Remove seeds, slice and fry

Method

Fry the pork pieces , keep aside.
Fry the minced ingredients add two onions  well.Add them to the pork along with tomato sauce, and green chilly sauce (if required).  Add salt and simmer.  Garnish with fried capsicum slices.
