Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
3 Nos. Radish (Mooli) Tubers. Wash and scrape
2 Medium Onions Peel and make onion rings
2 Medium Chillies Green Mince
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) Mince
2-3 Tablespoon Vinegar or lime juice
  As Required Salt for taste

Method

Wash the radish, scrape the outer surface, and make thin slices, and keep arranged in a salad dish.  Peel the onions, and slice them into thin rings.  Make a mince of the chillies and ginger, and arrange all these with the radish slices, and sprinke vinegar and salt to taste.

Tender radish leaves, may be washed and minced and added to the salad.
