Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
Half Kilogram Potatoes Boil potatoes, peel and cut
4 Medium Chillies Green Chop
1 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Chop
  Few Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) Chop
Half Nos. Coconut (Narial) Mix
  Little Salt to taste
One Kilogram Flour, Gram /Chana Ata Apply to cutlets
1 Teacup Cooking Oil for frying

Method

Boil potatoes, peel and cut into small bits. Chop fine, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves. Mix half scraped coconuts, add salt and mix well.
Make thick batter of gram flour and add some salt to taste. Make cutlets of potato mixture, and and apply the gram flour batter to the cutlets. Drop them in boiling cooking oil in a deep frying pan, and fry them till they are quite brown.
