Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
3 Large Potatoes Peel and cut in small cubtes
2 Teacup Vegetable White Stock (R 128) As soup base
1 Small Onion Sliced for tempering
1 Tablespoon Ghee For tempering
  As Required Cooking Oil for frying
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder For flavoring
  As Required Salt to taste

Method

Cut the pared  potatoes,in small cubes aknd in a deep frying pan,heat  sufficient cooking oil, and  when hot start frying the potato cubes, and set aside by removing them with a perforated ladle.

In a  vessel, heat one tablespoon of ghee kor oil  and fry one small  sliced onion.  When brown, pour two cups of prepared vegetable while stock.  (Recipes can be found in Soups and Soraks section) - When the stock starts to boil, add pepper powder, salt as per taste, and the fried potatoes and put the stove off.

Seve hot.
