Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
  As Required White Bread Cut small square bits of bread slices
2 Tablespoon Ghee for frying
1 Medium Onion for frying, sliced
2 Teacup Vegetable White Stock Prepared in advance
1 Teaspoon Garam-Masala Add to soup
  As Required Salt Add to soup

Method

1. Cut the  bread slices into small cubes.  
2. In a  vessel, heat ghee,  fry the sliced onion, and fry the bread cubes.  
3. Pour  vegetable stock and bring to a boil. 
4. Add salt and garam masala to taste.
