Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Tablespoon Butter Melt and add barley powder
3 Teacup Vegetable White Stock  
1 Tablespoon Barley Powder Mix with melted butter
2 Tablespoon Milk Cream (Malai) Add on simmering soup
2 Teacup Milk Boil and mix barley powder
Half Teaspoon Garam-Masala Add
Half Teacup Salt Add to taste

Method

Melt the butter in a vessel and add the vegetable stock to it.
Boil and add the barley powder previously mixed with a little water.
Simmer for twenty minutes, then add the milk cream, and milk, and spice powder and bring it to boil
Add salt and keep it down from the stove.
