3 Bottle Water To boil one kilograms grated Beetroot
1 Kilogram Beetroots (Chukandar) Boil one kilograms grated Beetroot
1 Kilogram Sugar, Table Add to to strained beetroot
1 Tablespoon Yeast - dry Add to to strained beetroot
2 units Orange Add the juice of 2 oranges
2 units Lime (fresh) (Limbu) Add the juice of 2 lemons
6 units Cloves (Lavang) Add
2 Inch Cinnamon (Dalchini) Add
2 Pinch Nutmeg powder Add
1 Tablespoon Ginger dried Add

Method

Boil one kilograms grated Beetroot in three bottles of water. Take off the fire, strain and add one kilogram of sugar and one tablespoon of dry yeast dissolved in warm water. Add the juice of 2 oranges and 2 lemons, a few cloves some cinnamon and nutmeg and one tablespoon dry ginger. Keep in a jar for fourteen days, strain and then bottle.
