Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients
300 Grammes Butter
15 Nos Eggs
3 Kilogram Flour, Maida - (American Pillsbury)
500 Grammes Margarine
80 Grammes Salt
600 Grammes Sugar
750 Ml. Water
120 Grammes Yeast - dry

Method

Mix Ingredients 1 to 7, and prepare a soft dough. Divide the dough in two portions. 

Roll the dough and apply half the margarine and then fold the dough in 3 folds. Ensure the edges are sealed. Keep the dough in a cold room. Roll the dough and cut it.

For Cinnamon Roll:

Roll the dough and apply water and sprinkle cinnamon powder, raisins and brown sugar. Roll it like Swiss rolls and bake them.

Top full temperature, bottom low temperature. After baking, brush them with sugar syrup.
