Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
1-1/2 Teacup Moong Sprouts  
1/4 Teacup Chana Sprouts  
1 Large Onion Chopped
1 Large Tomatoes Chopped
1/2 Bunch Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) Chopped
  Few Mint Leaves (Pudina) Chopped
1 Teaspoon Vinegar  
  As Required Salt  
1 Teaspoon Sugar, Powdered  
1/2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red  
1/2 Teaspoon Jeera Powder  


1. Wash and drain the sprouts.
2. Add onion, tomatoes and all seasoning.
3. Mix well, add mint an mix lightly
4. Garnish with chopped coriander.
5. Chill and serve.
