Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
2 Teaspoon Aam-Churn (sour mango powder)  
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red  
4 Teaspoon Coriander Powder  
4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder  
3 Teaspoon Jeera Powder  
1 Teaspoon Mint Leaves (Pudina) dried
4 Teaspoon Paprika  
3 Tablespoon Red Food Colour Deep red
1 Teaspoon Yellow Food Color  

Method

Mix all together and store.
The coriander and cumin powders must be freshly ground.
Use as required.
This will keep for months if stored in an airtight container.
