3 Nos Mango - Raw For grinding
2 Nos Chillies Green For grinding
1 Medium Onion For grinding
1 Inch Ginger For grinding
Quarter Nos Coconut For grinding
3 Large Chillies Red Dry For grinding
1 Pinch Jeera/Cumin Seeds For grinding
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil For seasoning
2 Flakes Garlic For seasoning
1 Pinch Mustard Seed For seasoning
  As Required Salt For taste
  As Required Jaggery For taste

 

Method

Pare and mince the mangoes. Grind mangoes, green chillies, onions, dry chillies, jeera, coconut, without water.

Heat 2 spoons of oil, and fry half sliced onion. 2 seeds garlic (jammed), one pinch mustard. When done, add to it, the ground chutney, which half cup water. Stir well. Add a little jaggery and salt to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes, till boiled well. Stir occasionally.
