Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
8 Nos Chillies, Green For grinding
1 Teacup Coconut scraped (fresh) For grinding
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil for seasoning
A Few Curry Leaves for seasoning
3 Flakes Garlic for grinding
1/2 Inch Ginger For grinding
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed for seasoning
1 Small Onion For grinding
A Little Salt to taste
A Ball Tamarind For grinding

Method

Grind ingredients with sufficient water to get a thick consistency.

Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil, and fry one teaspoon mustard seeds, some curry leaves, when done, add the ground coconut paste, and add water if needed and salt to taste.

Use it with Dosas. or Idlis.
