1 Kilogram Beaten Rice (Fawwa) Clean and soak
1 Nos Coconut tender Grate and scrape
400 Grammes Jaggery Grate and scrape
6 Nos Plantains Yellow Ripe Cut
1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder garnish
2 Tablespoon Ghee add

Method

After cleaning  the beaten rice, soak it in the water of the tender coconut.   Scrape the jaggery in thin flakes and mix well with  the scrapings of the kernel of the tender coconut.    Cut the ripe plantains into small bits and mash tthem with the  beaten rice and garnish it with the cardamom powder.
