Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
2 Tablespoon Coconut scraped (fresh)  
2 Teacup Flour, Rice For Batter
1 Medium Onion Mince
3 Medium Chillies, green Mince
  AS Required Salt For Taste
  As Required Lime Juice For Taste

Method

Scrape coconut.

Mix rice flour with a little water to make a omelet like batter, and add minced onions and green chilles with salt and lime juice to taste.  Add scraped coconut and blend.

In a flat heated frying pan with some ghee or cooking oil, over fire, pour sufficient batter to form an omelet.   

Cover it with a lid and allow to cook.  When done remove it from the frying pan, into a serving dish and roll it like an omelet.    

Serve it hot with some chutney or sauce.
