250 Grammes Rava/Soji/"Semolina"
100 Grammes Flour, Maida - (American Pillsbury)
500 Grammes Sugar
500 Grammes Butter
8 Nos Eggs
1 Tablespoon Caraway Seeds - Shahijeera - Badishep - Aniseed
100 Grammes Plums
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence

Method

Beat the whites to a stiff froth and the yolks to a cream.   Also beat the butter and sugar to a cream.   Add to the butter a little of Rava at a time and mix well.  Then add beaten yolks,  the caraway seeds, plums and vanilla.  Lastly add the whites and bake in a tin lined with butter paper.
