Method
Roast the Jeera and kukus on a thawa and pound it with a pestle. If you do not have chilly and coriander powders, you may roast equivalent amounts of red chillies and coriander and pound them as well You can put it on a dry grinder and mix them thoroughly, and bottle the powder, for later use. You need 3 dessert spoonful powder, for one kilogram of meat.
