Method
Pick clean and cut fine, a few bundles of Methi Baji. Wash
well and strain. Take 2/3 wheat flour and 1/3 gram flour. Knead both with methi
bhaji and salt to taste.
Roll it into chapattis and fry it on a thawa.
Remove from thawa and apply ghee. A few minced onions, geen chillies and ginger
would make them pungent.
