Method
Scrape the coconut and grind it to make a paste and add with the coconut all the other ingredients. Use tamarind and salt to taste. When grinding on the mixer, is useful to take the tamarind juice, by soaking it in a bowl for some time till it becomes soft, and then squeeze it in the water, and extract all the juice from the pulp, and discard the pulp and the seeds. Coriander leaves, remove the leaves and use them for grinding. Add a little water for grinding. The onion should be cut into small manageable cubes. The stocks of the chillies should be removed. If you want less pungency, remove some of the seeds from the chillies.
Apply the chutney paste, with butter on both sides of the slices, and put them facing each other, for the sandwich.
