Method
Boil the potatoes, and peel the skins and make thin slices. Add a little salt to the tomato puree, and mix the slices, and place them in between two buttered bread slices, or toasted bread slices. You may simply add tomato slices instead of the puree, and sprinkle salt and pepper on the slices before placing them between the bread slices.
Serve for breakfast.
