Coconut Chutney Sandwiches

As Required Bread, White Slices
1 Nos Coconut
1 Ball Tamarind lemon size

As Required Salt
1 Medium Onion
1 Inch Ginger
4 Medium Chillies Green
 

Method

Scrape the coconut and grind it to make a paste and add with the coconut all the other ingredients. Use tamarind and salt to taste. When grinding on the mixer, it is useful to take the tamarind juice, by soaking it in a bowl for some time till it becomes soft, and then squeeze it in the water, and extract all the juice from the pulp, and discard the pulp and the seeds. Coriander leaves, remove the leaves after washing the twigs  and use them for grinding. Add a little water for grinding. The onion should be cut into small cubes. The stocks of the chillies should be removed. and removing the seeds, reduces the pungency.

Apply the chutney paste, with butter on the inner sides of both  the slices, and put them facing each other, for the sandwich.    You can toast the sandwich on a hot thawa.
